Agent Registration
Every real estate agent is required to get themselves registered under RERA, in order to facilitate real estate transactions. The registration number obtained from authority shall be quoted on every sale facilitated by him.
Documents required for registration of Real Estate Agents:
- Name, registered address, type of enterprise (proprietorship, society, partnership, company etc.)
- In case of a Real Estate Agency the particulars of incorporation including the bye-laws, MoA , AoA
- Name, Address, contact details and photograph of the real estate agent or director or Partners
- Authenticated copy of the PAN card
- Authenticated copy of the address proof of the place of business.
Brief Steps for Real Estate Agent Registration under RERA:
Step 1: File an application form for registration to the Authority
Step 2: Enclose required documents with the application form.
Step 3: On Satisfaction, the authority grant a single registration to the Real Estate Agent.
